Welcome to Jane Alcock Counselling

A calm, supportive space for you to share your concerns

Thank you for visiting my website.

Are you looking for help with a particular issue you're struggling with, such as anxiety, or do you feel lost and need help to make sense of things in your life? Talking to friends or family may be difficult at times like this and it can be helpful to talk to a trained professional.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed counselling approach and specialise in working with family members of children/adults with additional needs and people who consider themselves to be neurodiverse.

Benefits of Counselling

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore personal difficulties in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

I believe we all have the potential within ourselves to change and become better versions of ourselves; counselling, with the connection between the client and therapist at its heart, helps to unlock this process. It can result in more helpful thinking and behaviour patterns, resolution of difficulties, increased self-confidence and improved relationships.

How we would work together

I work with individual adults online/by phone, or in a confidential home setting in West Meon, which sits between Winchester and Petersfield in Hampshire (with free, accessible parking).

I understand that you might be nervous about starting therapy and choosing a counsellor so, to help you to get a sense of what therapy is about and how I might help you, I offer a free, no-obligation consultation by phone or online.

I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My profile
