Benefits of Counselling
Counselling provides an opportunity to explore personal difficulties in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.
I believe we all have the potential within ourselves to change and become better versions of ourselves; counselling, with the connection between the client and therapist at its heart, helps to unlock this process. It can result in more helpful thinking and behaviour patterns, resolution of difficulties, increased self-confidence and improved relationships.
How we would work together
I work with individual adults online/by phone, or in a private home setting in West Meon, which sits between Winchester and Petersfield in Hampshire (with free, accessible parking).
I understand that you might be nervous about starting therapy and choosing a counsellor so, to help you to get a sense of what therapy is about and how I might help, you are welcome to book an initial consultation at £25 for half an hour or £50 for 50 minutes if you feel that you need this prior to starting. You are under no obligation to rebook after the first session - or at any time.
